The 8-sided edifice, situated on one acre draws inspiration from the various African creation stories Spider's web as a homage to creative versatility and cultural symbolism. Designed to be fully sustainable with ecoconscious building materials, solar-powered, rainwater harvesting with a borehole, as well as a functional farm.
Initially started as a residential concept, the project evolved into a Mixed-Use facility. The 8-bedroom house is a proof-of-concept in sustainable building; using laterite blocks, environmentally friendly painting and finishing. With an expertly layered multi-tiered roof, the main structure is elevated on stilts and finished with a mosaic painting style and motifs of African symbology to emphasize the Pan-African roots of the space.

Now fully operational as a premier venue for diverse events featuring a double volume living room and atrium that allows natural sunlight and makes this unique piece
of architecture a marvel to behold.
